Application scope: Cleaning of electronic components, electroplating, watches, machinery, watch straps, tools, optics, lenses, jewelry, lenses, eyeglass frames, semiconductor silicon wafers, spinneret filter cores, and glassware, among others.
I. Main Technical Requirements of the Equipment:
1. Equipment components: This cleaning machine mainly consists of an ultrasonic generator, transducers, cleaning tank, base frame, cleaning basket, digital temperature controller, and heating plate.
2. Tank material: Made of SUS304 (T=2.0mm) stainless steel plate, offering excellent durability, acid and alkali resistance, and an attractive appearance.
3. Cleaning basket: Constructed using stainless steel rods and fine mesh welding.
4. Connection cable: The generator and cleaning tank are separate units, connected by a Shanghai-manufactured cable with a length of 4M.
5. Transducer configuration and bonding process introduction:
A, Transducers: A total of 20 transducers are installed on both outer sides of the cleaning tank, with a power rating of 50W/each, frequency: 28/KHz, and a total power of 1000W;
B, Transducer bonding: Before bonding, rough surface treatment is performed first, followed by stud welding using a stud welder; that is, during transducer bonding, specialized adhesive is used along with screw fastening to effectively ensure the transducers do not detach during prolonged operation.
II. Ultrasonic Cleaning Principle:
Ultrasonic cleaning utilizes ultrasonic signals above 20KHz, which are converted by transducers into high-frequency mechanical oscillations transmitted into the cleaning solution. Ultrasonic waves radiate through the cleaning solution in alternating compression and rarefaction, causing liquid flow and generating tens of thousands of microscopic bubbles. These bubbles form and grow in the negative pressure regions created by the longitudinal propagation of ultrasonic waves and rapidly collapse in the positive pressure regions. The formation, growth, and rapid collapse of these bubbles are known as cavitation. During cavitation, the collapse of these bubbles creates instantaneous high pressure exceeding 1000 atmospheres. The continuous occurrence of these instantaneous high-pressure impacts relentlessly bombards the surface of the object, rapidly dislodging contaminants from the surface and crevices, achieving rapid cleaning effects.
III. Ultrasonic Generator:
A、Utilizes a new ultrasonic generator with an internally advanced international-standard separate excitation oscillation circuit, increasing output power by more than 15% compared to previous self-excited oscillation circuits;
B、The ultrasonic generator operates at a working voltage of 220 V AC±10% and includes protection measures such as output short-circuit protection.
C、Functions of this generator include:
1, Utilizes a separate excitation circuit, advanced microcontroller control, and digital screen display;
2, Features automatic frequency adjustment to maintain consistent ultrasonic output despite load changes, with slight automatic frequency adjustments under different working conditions to ensure transducers always operate optimally, maximizing transducer efficiency and achieving excellent results under any working condition;
3, High stability, good versatility, high energy conversion efficiency, menu-based operation, easy and simple adjustment and use;
4, Displays: cleaning time and frequency;
5, Includes power adjustment function, allowing continuous adjustment of output power from 0 to 100% to meet the requirements of various cleaning objects;
6, Equipped with an LCD display for ultrasonic working time timer function, with a timer range of 0 to 60 minutes, accurate to seconds, enabling unattended automatic operation for convenient use.
